Julio is a Los Angeles real estate expert with more than 20 years of experience. He is a native of Peru and attended college at the University of San Francisco.  After working in marketing and design for several years, Julio discovered a new passion in real estate during the process of buying his first home.

Julio’s background in design really comes in handy with creating all the marketing materials for our clients!  Julio & Michelle live in Culver City and are very involved in their community. From working to define a client’s vision and managing those expectations, to negotiating with tenacity while keeping in close communication, Julio is well-known for his tireless determination that ensures his clients meet their goals, regardless of how complex and makes sure his clients have fun along the way. Featured in HGTV’s House Hunters & House Hunters Renovation. 

Julio enjoys watching soccer and is now teaching both of their kids the game. Going for bike rides or trips to the beach is how he loves to relax and spend quality time with the family.
